BIOL 606 - Biological Data Units: 3
Two lectures and three hours of laboratory.
Prerequisite(s): BIOL 605 or equivalent graduate course in biostatistics. Completion of the Graduation Writing Assessment Requirement or the eligibility to enroll in an upper division writing course.
Concepts and applications of advanced statistical techniques in the biological sciences to include multivariate statistics, analysis of discrete data, spatial statistics, time series analysis, and Monte Carlo methods (e.g. bootstrapping and randomization tests).
