Grading Method: LCR: Letter Grade with Cr/NC available. The grading default for the class will be letter grade, but students can opt to take it for Cr/NC

One lecture and six hours of laboratory.

Prerequisite(s): A E 302, A E 303, A E 340. Completion of lower division GE Area 1. Junior or senior standing.

Design and build an aerospace project, conduct experimental measurements, perform analyses of measured data, write engineering reports, and present project results.

Note: Not open to students with credit in A E 403. Satisfies the Graduation Writing Assessment Requirement (GWAR) for students who get a minimum grade of C or Cr. Upper-division courses should only be taken by students who have completed 60 semester units or more. In exceptional cases, a student who has completed fewer than 60 units may enroll in upper division courses.
