PORT 535 - Race, Gender, and National Identity in Brazilian Literature

Prerequisite(s): PORT 204  

Works of Brazilian literature focused on the contribution of racial interactions (Afro-Brazilian, indigenous, white) and gender dynamics to the definition of Brazilian national identity.

Maximum Credits: 3
Note: Taught in Portuguese. No credit will be given for lower division courses taken after successfully completing any upper division Portuguese course taught in Portuguese.
