Grading Method: LCR: Letter Grade with Cr/NC available. The grading default for the class will be letter grade, but students can opt to take it for Cr/NC

Three lectures and three hours of laboratory.

Preparation for general chemistry. Emphasis on conceptual understanding of chemical principles, quantitative problem solving, and skills needed for success in general chemistry course and laboratory.

Note: Not open to students with credit in CHEM 200.
