NURS 816 - Epidemiology, Population, and Global Health

Grading Method: LTR: Letter Graded. The class will be offered for letter grade with no option to take it for Cr/NC

Prerequisite(s): Admission to DNP program and consent of School of Nursing Graduate Advisor.

Examination of how social determinants of health impact health promotion and disease prevention behaviors in specific populations while identifying health risk factors. Construction of why epidemiology is the cornerstone of public health through application of descriptive, analytic, and experimental analysis.
