Prerequisite(s): CJ 300 ; sophomore, junior or senior standing; upper division major status; only open to Criminal Justice, Interdisciplinary Studies in Three Departments, and Public Administration; or Race and Policing Certificate students.
Intersectional analysis of how race and equity have influenced the criminal-legal system over the past half-century. Implications for both citizens who have been criminalized and the people who work in the criminal-legal system.
