GEOL 101 - Dynamics of the Earth Laboratory

Units: 1 GE - CSU B3 - Foundations of Learning - Natural Sciences and Quantitative Reasoning - Laboratory

Grading Method: LCR: Letter Grade with Cr/NC available. The grading default for the class will be letter grade, but students can opt to take it for Cr/NC

Three hours of laboratory.

Prerequisite(s): Credit or concurrent registration in GEOL 100 , GEOL 104 , or ENV S 100  [or SUSTN 100 ].

Hands-on experience with land forms, rocks, minerals, topographic maps, and aerial photographs. Includes demonstrations and field trips. Designed to accompany and augment GEOL 100  or GEOL 104 .
