Two lectures and two hours of activity.

Alternative movement theory systems including an introduction to body modalities of yoga, Pilates, ideokinesis, Alexander and Feldenkrais techniques, Laban movement analysis and authentic movement.

May be repeated with consent of instructor.

Maximum Credit Statement: Six units with consent of instructor.
