CON E 401 - Construction Planning and Scheduling

Grading Method: LCR: Letter Grade with Cr/NC available. The grading default for the class will be letter grade, but students can opt to take it for Cr/NC

Two lectures and three hours of laboratory.

Prerequisite(s): CIV E 160 or STAT 250 or STAT 119; and CIV E 321, or credit or concurrent registration in CON E 320.

Fundamentals of scheduling logic including critical path method, deterministic and probabilistic scheduling, and impact of constraints. Development of construction plan and representation in schedule format using common computer applications used in industry.
