Grading Method: LCR: Letter Grade with Cr/NC available. The grading default for the class will be letter grade, but students can opt to take it for Cr/NC
Two lectures and six hours of laboratory.
Prerequisite(s): Grade of C (2.0) or better in Chemistry 100. Credit or concurrent registration in Chemistry 130.
Composition, preparation, preservation, sensory and consumer evaluation of foods.
