Preparation for the Major
(39 units)
Students completing the California Community College Associate in Science in Chemistry for Transfer (AS-T) will satisfy preparation for the major. If CHEM 251 and MATH 252 were not completed prior to matriculation, it must be completed at SDSU.
Graduation Writing Assessment Requirement
Passing the Writing Placement Assessment with a score of 10 or completing one of the approved upper division writing courses (W) with a grade of C (2.0) or better. See “Graduation Requirements ” section for a complete listing of requirements.
