Preparation for the Major courses cannot be taken for credit/no credit (Cr/NC). ENS 200 and BIOL 212 must be completed with a grade of C (2.0) or better.

Preparation for the Major

(9-10 units)The emphasis in exercise science generalist is open only to students who have completed the California Community College Associate in Arts in Kinesiology for Transfer (AA-T) degree completing the Transfer Model Curriculum (TMC) for Kinesiology. Students must complete the following courses as part of the TMC or at SDSU:

ENS 265 - Care and Prevention of Athletic and Recreational Injuries Units: 2
CHEM 100 - Preparation for General Chemistry Units: 4
or
CHEM 102 - Introduction to General, Organic, and Biological Chemistry Units: 5
or
CHEM 200 - General Chemistry Units: 5
