POL S 201 - Statistics and Politics

Units: 3 Foundations - Natural Sciences and Quantitative Reasoning - Quantitative [CSU B4]

Grading Method: LCR: Letter Grade with Cr/NC available. The grading default for the class will be letter grade, but students can opt to take it for Cr/NC

Asking and answering questions about politics with quantitative data. Analyzing and interpreting relationships between real-world political causes and effects.

Note: Students with credit or concurrent registration in the following lower division statistics courses will be awarded a total of four units for the two (or more) courses: POL S 201; ARP 201 ; BIOL 215 ; CIV E 160 ; ECON 201 ; LING 270 ; PSY 280 ; SOC 201 ; STAT 119 , STAT 250 .
