Prerequisite(s): An appropriate upper division or graduate level background course; credit or concurrent registration in ENGL 600.

Advanced study, through its literature, of a literary period such as the Renaissance, or a movement such as American modernism. May be repeated with new content. Maximum Credits: six units applicable to a master’s degree.
