One hour and fifty minutes of activity per unit.

Prerequisite(s): Concurrent registration in A S 200B

Designed to prepare junior cadets for positions as leaders and managers of the cadet corps and a commission in the US Air Force. Application of principles of motivation, time management, organizational behavior, and participative group management in solving problems.

Note: Leadership laboratory is open to students who are members of the Reserve Officer Training Corps or who are eligible to pursue a commission as determined by the professor of aerospace studies. Credit earned in this course is not applicable to a bachelor’s degree.
